Resurfacing from entertaining many houseguests, I had to share this bit of information. The upper west side has a new restaurant and I LOVE it. Jacob’s Pickles.They have only been open a couple weeks, so the service is still a little rocky, but the food is fantastic. The owner is a great and personable guy who genuinely goes out of his way for customer satisfaction. We sampled and shared a number of dishes at our table and we all were impressed with the quality of every dish. My only concern is that everyone will realize how amazing this place is and it will be impossible to get a table soon. So I suppose I really should be telling everyone how terrible the place is instead… So in closing, DON’T go there and leave more biscuits for me!
